I am currently stitching another motif from the Le Caniche Embroidery pattern.
I have not made much progress - but I have finished the building awning and the poodle's eyes and nose.
Now I am working on the topiary. I am using the Chain Stitch and working it in concentric circles.
After I finish this one, I have a few more motifs to stitch:
I will be sure to post my progress!
I have a new hand embroidery pattern set in my shop!
It is called Le Caniche {poodle}. The motifs all involve a standard poodle and his adventures in Paris.
This is a standalone companion set to the Le Chat embroidery pattern set {all about a cat in Paris}.
I am really happy with this set and I have been enjoying stitching up the motifs.
I really love dogs so I had a great time drawing this set!
This is what the pattern set looks like and it is available here.
I finished the stitching on the little sleeping fox motif. In my last post about this project, I had just completed the flower/leaf border.
Since then I finished the text and the fox:
I am really happy with this and I am making plans to turn this into a pillow panel.
I cut a matching sized panel for the pillow back and added a different motif from my Sly Fox pattern set.
This motif features some forest plants:
I am just getting started on the stitching. I am using the same color palette as seen on the front panel.
